Project showcase: All glass extension August 2010
Our vision was to create an all-glass extension that seamlessly blended our client's indoor and outdoor spaces. We used structural glass walls to achieve the finished result. Etched glass in the indoor partitions and frameless doors allowed us to create an open plan living area that could be partitioned when needed. An innovative, externally-mounted sliding door system was chosen as it allowed us to maintain seamless lines for the junction of the glass walls and roof. Krys Brooks, Brooks Architects
