Working with minimally aluminium framed structurally silicone bonded boxes, why compromise on the supporting elements? Why have basic steelwork when you can have elegant glass beams and fins?

Using a traditional mortise and tenon joint, the 3-ply laminated beams intersect with no requirement for fixings. For aesthetics, fixings can be used and seen to be obvious.

Alternatively all the connections can be minimalised, and hidden from view.
