Often viewed as being out of date, there are still good reasons to specify the use of patent glazing. Where there is a need to match the style of the building, patent glazing will complement the design.

Where minimal intrusions are required, the use of the inverted ‘T’ sections allows head heights to be maximized. Roof vents will need to be framed, rebated and gasketed – needing a patent glazing bar.

With a variety of thermally broken patent glazing bars available we are able to accommodate different loadings, subject to calculating the pitch of the roof, glass weights, etc.
