Cantifix Architectural Glazing

Glass processing and technology has now progressed production enabling some incredibly large panels of glass to be made in to double glazed units. With glass being quite heavy, these panels don’t have to be too large to necessitate the use of special lifting equipment.

Many sites we work on need a crane to be able to install the glazing.

The cost of the actual crane, insurances, glass suckers and the other ancillary items may prove to be prohibitively expensive for some projects. However, by using larger panels and a crane we can actually offer cost savings, as the amount of supporting structure is reduced, the on-site labour costs are cut and installation time is minimised.

The complications of craneage are simplified by contracting out the responsibility, including organising road closures, parking bay suspension, council notifications, etc. We take the hassle away to make your life easier.
