Glass Enclosures

Product Details

A glass enclosure would typically include a glass roof structurally bonded to the vertical glazing. Sometimes this glass roof would span the whole width of the enclosure, creating a glass box that relies on the inherent strength of the glass for its stability.
In other designs only part of the roof would be glazed, but the impression is still overwhelmingly of a glass box. To achieve this result the detailing must be absolutely tight and coordinated, with all parties understanding the desired outcome.
When used in this way glass is a clean, quick and efficient building material, whilst also having a stunning contemporary appearance. This only leaves the decision of where to put the glass box in your existing scheme.
