This stunning addition to the existing brick built extension increases the views across the rear of the terrace and attracts south facing light into the main body of the property. The increased floor space using structural glass in a variety of ways, fixed to the floors, enables a much larger floor area.

There is a dramatic contrast across the rear elevation of the entire listed terrace, where all properties have a rear extension of varying size and quality. None, as far as we are aware, have been given the opportunity to build against an 18th Century fabric.

The structural glass without exposure of perimeter framing allows u-values to be dramatically improved.
