Teddington Park.

This family townhouse was extended at the rear to create extra space for an open-plan kitchen and an area where family and friends could sit together to eat, talk and solve life’s problems. Using plenty of glass to bring in natural light and maximise views across the leafy garden, the overall result is a beautiful and functional family space that adapts with the changing seasons.

project details

  • Sky-Frame sliding doors on 3 tracks for easy access to the outdoors and the ultimate in slim-framed technology.
  • The glass continues on either side of the doors and meets the main wall with a sleek silicone glass corner.
  • The glass roof above the dining area brings in the natural light and includes an electrically operated opening rooflight for added ventilation.
  • A large Schuco casement door in the adjoining snug area ties the glazing in the new extension with the rest of the property.
