Candidate Requirements
Do you have what it takes to excel in our apprenticeship program?
Ideal candidates are between 18-22 years old
Candidates should have academic achievements and good communication skills.
Within 1 hour of Hendon. Candidates should live close enough for a convenient commute.
A UK driver’s license is a plus but not essential.
Hands-on skills demonstrated through work experience or hobbies are highly valued.
Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Must be ready to commit to full workdays, five days a week.

Here’s what we offer our apprentices to support their growth and development
Apprentices will participate fully in project work at Cantifix, including design, fabrication, site installation, and surveying.
Apprentices learn about glass and advanced products, including motorized sliding roofs and Skyframe sliding doors.
Performance is periodically assessed by one of our project managers to ensure growth and development.
Each apprentice is expected to complete a training booklet that increasingly requires a higher level of performance.
Successful apprentices will feel like part of the team and make positive contributions to the business.
